a few thoughts for you to ponder...................Gallucci Homes is a small family

owned and operated enterprise, building custom stick built homes in the Greater

Columbus area for decades.  You won't find any fancy  offices at Tuttle Crossing, or Easton,

you won't see large ads in the Home and Garden section of the local newspaper, and

they  do not build money into the price of their product in order to provide "better" financing

scenarios.  There are no "free options", because let's face it....we all know that nothing is

"free".  Therefore, the price of their home is not over-inflated to give you benefits that

you finance for 30 years.  Some builders provide you with all new appliances, but let's

face it....a dishwasher and stove won't last 30 years....so why pay for them for 30 years?

All of these so called "free" benefits costs money....and guess who pays for those

fancy offices and costly print advertising?
